A few paragraphs on your subject:
Dreamwhispering is what I’ve come to call the work I am involved in with all kinds of people. It’s not quite coaching, though there are coaching elements involved, and it’s not quite mentoring, though I can include mentoring.
It could be described as a gift of guided reflection for people to take a journey deeper into who they are, how they connect with others, and the diference they can make in the world.
Primarily, the conversations and explorations are one-to-one, though these can extend into the development of groups and teams along the lines of the diversity and complementary nature of Strengths.
A few paragraphs about you:
For the last seven years I’ve been developing a way of helping people identify and develop what they are talented and passionate about – Strengths.
It all began when I was helped, specifically and intentionally by others, to identify my own talents and passions. They’d been right in front of me but I was blind to them. From that moment on, I began helping people identify their talents and passions and to live them out, working with more than three hundred people through the years.
I never fail to be thrilled when someone begins to awaken to what they can do, especially when it’s about making the world more Human.
What free internet knowledge resources do you use?:
It’s not free but I gift the online analysis StrengthsFinder to the people I work with.
