This is an interview with Peter Shukie who works at Blackburn University Centre teaching Lecturing in Education Studies.

Peter is working with peers to help create and share innovative approaches to teaching and learning. He works from the perspective that diversity and individually held skills help generate a diverse landscape in which educators and learers can be supported, encouraged and celebrated.

In this interview he talks about his own experience and journey with learning and education, his philosophy of what it means to be ever engaged with learning, how he came to be in teaching and some of the inside details of what it means to be in teaching.  The interview was recorded next to a wood burning fire in the heart of Lancashire in June 2014…
